短時間に多数のリクエストが送られたため、一時的に制限しています。IP アドレスの範囲、サイトキー、端末指紋の三つの単位で制限しています。Too many requests were sent in a short time, so access is temporarily limited. Limits apply per IP range, per site key and per device fingerprint.

対処What to do

数十秒ほど待ってから再試行してください。
共有ネットワーク（学校・企業・モバイル回線）では、他の利用者の通信が合算される場合があります。

Wait a few tens of seconds and try again.
On shared networks (schools, offices, mobile carriers) other users' traffic may count against the same limit.
